We all make great efforts to keep up with our health, but we also find ways to get out of exercising. Scott’s program gave me the level of accountability that made it easy to keep up with my exercise program.

“I have been training with Scott Jackson for over five years. In this time he has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable in training techniques and methods to match each individual client. He is professional and makes a hard work out seem fun. I can personally recommend Scott Jackson as a fitness trainer for individuals with many different fitness needs.”

“As a seventies-something couple we know that longevity of life is valuable but not nearly as rewarding as enjoying a long life with QUALITY. Personal training with Scott Jackson, his wife, Barbi, and staff has provided us with that quality ingredient that comes from feeling physically fit as well as experiencing the positive mental outlook that results from participation in their programs.”
– Ruth and Hal McVey, Rough & Ready
“Scott Jackson’s Real Life Fitness program is perfect for our busy schedule and specialized fitness needs. Each workout is customized to meet my requirements, whether it is nursing and strengthening an injury or improving the appearance of “problem areas”. The workouts are time efficient and well balanced. I have definitely seen an improvement in my muscle strength, fitness level and appearance from working out with Scott. His knowledge and training are invaluable assistance in putting together a fitness program I can continue to use over time to maintain good health and fitness.”

“We all make great efforts to keep up with our health, but we also find ways to get out of exercising. Scott’s program gave me the level of accountability that made it easy to keep up with my exercise program. Furthermore, instead of the social atmosphere of a gym, I am able to concentrate on my workout and make full use of the time. If Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods have trainers, it makes sense we can have one too. I am committed for life to have a personal trainer.”

“I started working with Scott years ago after an accident. I had multiple injuries and he has helped me through to complete recovery and beyond. I now feel like a strong young woman who happens to be in her seventies! In the meantime, I have made a good and totally true friend. One who is vitally interested in my health. If you had told me then that I would become strong and agile and feel so good, I wouldn’t have believed you. But it is true, because of Scott.”

“Having never been athletic, one of those people with bad memories of PE class, I have forced myself to exercise to keep my weight in check. The last time I tried to play tennis (on a date, about 100 years ago) I cried because I couldn’t hit the ball – ever. You get the picture. In 1996, I tried martial arts. I was motivated to go, although it was hard for me and some of the forms and falls I was expected to do, I should not have done. I ended up with many injuries, including a broken foot, which took two operations to fix. I even went back to it for a time but had to stop as the injuries started up again. The environment there was simply not for someone like me. By 2001, approaching 50, concerned about osteoporosis and other issues, I had to find the answer. Luckily I was referred to Scott and Real Life Fitness. Today, nearly two years later, I am still working out with Real Life Fitness. They understand my (numerous) limitations and don’t force me into situations that are wrong for me. While I jokingly complain that they treat me as though I’m in bootcamp, this is just what the doctor ordered. I have to say I am truly grateful.”

“Scott Jackson’s Real Life Fitness successfully utilizes a dual trainer coaching program that provides me with the benefit of “a true team” to coach my daily routine and mentor my long-term fitness goals. It works and the results are evident in the recreational activities I pursue.”
– Andy M.
“Having two different trainers helping me achieve my fitness goals is a good deal. They collaborate on my personal program yet individually they bring to my sessions their own unique expertise and background, communication style and motivational challenges. Also great about Real Life Fitness is the welcoming “Cheers” atmosphere “where everybody knows your name!”

“I was a slug before Scott Jackson’s training and motivational skills entered my life. I could hardly get off the couch. Now, I exercise three times a week and have lost 30 lbs. Scott knows how to balance motivation and information to ‘fit’ a person’s level of need (mine was extreme…on my desk is a frame of a girl saying under ‘exercise’, the slogan ‘all I need is a good, brisk sit’) He is as committed to my fitness as I am and in the beginning, was more so. If it were not for Scott, I would still be grunting and rolling off the couch continuing my fitness plan composed of a lot of ‘brisk sits'”
“After two years with SJRLF we’ve experienced our son Alexander’s increased strength, endurance and physical advantage on the racetrack over competitors much older than he. At the age of 14 his physical training has not only blessed his trackside accomplishments, but also increased his self-confidence on and off the track. You cannot put a price on your health or mental attitude. And if you did, Real Life Fitness is the best value of dollars you will ever spend. This was not a paid endorsement, but only words of a proud father that has seen the results with his own eyes.”
